So I’m just grabbing Australian slang online from various places. These sentences may actually make no sense when strung together. If there are any Australian natives reading this, let me know if I’m absolutely destroying your language.
Huh. I was worried for nothing – Java’s got this.
Well, yeah. I mean, jaguar-Brazil. Brazil-jujitsu. It all makes sense.
Java just didn’t like the guy being so destructive, breaking the fourth wall and all.
The fourth wall is the hardest one to rebuild!
I’m not Australian, however my understanding is that ‘Joey’ means young *kangaroo*. Of course language evolves, so it might have a broader use now.
I am an Aussie, and really this is no worse than a lot of Americans’ attempts to sound like us 😀
Cool! That’s what I was going for. If I have an origin story for Dingo Jack he’ll probably have been born and raised in Ohio or something… 🙂
