Even if Java throws crazy money at this, there isn’t much chance that a pilot will choose to get trapped on an island with him. A helicopter might be a better solution; all it needs is a clear space and a good pilot to land. That should easily be possible close to the beach, watch out for sand blown in the air, you’ll want a chopper that can handle that.
If you want to land more inland because of issues with sand from the beaches at the edge of the island then you’ll need a natural clearing sizable enough. If it’s an untamed paradise there is no guarantee you’ll find one.
