What? A baby dog? Will it talk? Has the author jumped the shark and decided to introduce a new character into the series as a desperate attempt to regain viewer interest? Find out next week!
A quote from the original Ghostbusters comes to mind, “Dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria.”
Nope I don’t think it will be that way.
*gets a cup of coffee and waits for the fun to begin.*
Garfield and Odie get along so well. Well, Garfield’s a cat not a jaguar. Actually it could well be a dire wolf pup in that box.
Name it joe!
Yknow, it means coffee like java. Right…?
What if it’s a girl dog?
You can just drop the e and make the name Jo, which can be a very short version of Josephine. There is an online comic strip that has a female character name Jo, she is a lovely cat.
That works for me. But my girlfriend is bugging me to name the dog after her. Although I haven’t told her the dog is tragically killed in *** SPOILERS ***
April Fools! wait
Y’know, sometimes I’m off the grid, Matt. 😉 This is a bold move and I look forwads to seeing this charactar develop.
The dog may last only as long as Poochie did.
Find a way to suspend your disbelief in-setting. To the characters the comic is real. Honour that. Suspending disbelief is easier if done as written. It creates a pathway for the reader to as well. If you want to read a series where this has been mastered, you could do worse than Discworld. 🙂
