So, this is a rare opportunity. Usually, I have a bunch of Java scripts written out ahead of time. But this time around, I had nothing in the queue. I’ve had nothing for a while, which is why I started answering fan mail. And it just so happens that Java’s regular broadcast time falls on a Thanksgiving Thursday. So I get the opportunity to come up with a Thanksgiving strip!

Rest assured, this will be a single day gag, unlike the Leap Year strip which took up the better part of a month.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! And when I say “everyone” I mean Java Fans, Kick Fans, and Real Superheroine Fans alike. Happy Thanksgiving, one and all! Everyone else, “screw you.”

I am posting this a couple days early, while I am in Long Beach, Washington. As a full-time, non-stop, pet-sitting nomad… it was actually great to be back here. I last visited when I had a 5-month cat- and bunny-sit through the entire winter (…shudder…). So even thought it is cold and dark here, I am glad to be back for a few weeks. because this is the closest thing I’ve had to a home church since I left Hawaii. It was good to come back and visit with Pastor Marty and some of the guys at the Men’s Breakfast at Ocean Park Community Church. Usually, I post from a specific coffee shop on my updates, but today, I give a shout out to Ocean Park Community Church.

I am back into my groove now. “My groove” being, updating all 4 of my web comics and also having some time left over to work on my fantasy novel every day. I was originally entertaining the thought of completing this novel in November for NANOWRIMO…. NOT gonna happen. Hard no. I’m maybe one-third done and it’s the 26th. NOPE! But I will keep working on it.

Sorry… rambling… Happy Thanksgiving!!!
