Matt is stealing all the fun out of this hobby.
Exciting news on the personal front. A couple of long-term cat sits in northern California were cancelled for June and July. So instead I’ll be hopping on a plane and flying to Toronto and on through to Edinburgh, Scotland. I’ll be exploring that area for about 3 weeks, so look for some pictures of me with blue face paint posing in front of castles. This will be my first trip to anywhere in Europe, so if anyone has any suggestions on what to see (keeping in mind I have a web comic creator budget) I’m all ears.
Depending on how stable my accommodations are, this may affect my comic posting schedule, but I shall try my best to keep up.
Edinburgh is incredible, to do something awesome all you have to do is go outside and walk in any direction. Good thing you have 3 weeks, you could explore for 3 months and still not see everything.
It looks like I’ll be staying in Edinburgh, Dumferline, Glasgow, and Queensferry. Looking forward to exploring.
Remember to leave some of the whisky for export!
I’ll leave the top shelf stuff for them to continue to export. I don’t touch that stuff.
I wish you the best in our British slice of paradise – I’m not in Scotland and don’t travel well so a meet is unlikely. Scotland have their independence and we wish them well of it, it’s a pity they fractured our United Kingdom but they wanted to have their own path. In these modern times allies are worth more than vassal states anyway although this side of the country we never saw them that way. Magic is a universal force that sees political boundaries as secondary – we are all equal under Magic’s lores!
